I received my degree from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 and completed and internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City the following year. I lived in Manhattan and worked at the ASPCA, a large urban animal humane society for many years before returning to New England. I joined the staff at the Melrose Animal Clinic in 1998 and I have been a happy and dedicated member ever since. I enjoy working in a friendly, supportive, small clinic environment where I have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with clients and care for the animals.

I joined the staff at the Melrose Animal Clinic in 2003 after graduating from Tufts University School. of Veterinary Medicine. My special interests are in internal medicine and the bond we share with our pets. I also enjoy practicing dentistry and snoodling the puppies and kittens.

I live with a naughty, and neurotic Border Collie named Zebbie, a fresh kitty named Chick Pea, a toddler, Dmitri and my husband John. When not working, building giant lego structures, or watching Curious George with Dmitri, I enjoy painting, knitting while watching football, kayaking, nature walks, and hunting for edible mushrooms.
