As many of our loyal clients know, Dr. Johnston, our Chief of Staff, has been practicing at Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital since 1980. She grew up in Westport, Connecticut, and currently resides in Bedford, Massachusetts. Dr. Johnston received her undergraduate degree from Clark University in 1972 and her DVM degree from Cornell University in 1980. She joined us here shortly after graduating and it is thanks to her hard work and dedication that Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital is able to offer you and your pet both high quality medicine and excellent customer service.
Dr. Johnston's medical interests include internal medicine and endocrinology. She also appreciates establishing close relationships with her clients and their pets. Dr. Johnston's interests outside of work include dog obedience training, birding, gardening and natural history travel. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family and pets, which include a Corgi and a cat.
Dr. Banks has been a dedicated veterinarian at Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital since 1996. She grew up near Dusseldorf, Germany, and now resides in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Dr. Banks undertook her veterinary studies first at Free University of Berlin and then at Oklahoma State University. She joined us here shortly after immigrating to the US and we are so pleased she chose to practice at Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital.
Dr. Banks is interested in surgery, dentistry and working together with her clients to provide a long lasting, healthy and enjoyable human-pet relationship. In her spare time Dr. Banks enjoys gardening, woodworking, swimming and reading. She also likes spending time with her husband and young children, Cheyenne and Conor, as well as their cat Jack.
Dr. Brady joined the staff of Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital in 2003. She grew up in Enosburg, Vermont, and currently resides in nearby Medford, Massachusetts. Dr. Brady attended University of Vermont for her undergraduate studies and The Ohio State University for her veterinary studies. After graduating from veterinary school in 2002, Dr. Brady spent time practicing at North County Veterinary Services in Pulaski, New York, before joining us here. She is a true asset to the Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital team, providing outstanding care to all of her patients and their families.
Dr. Brady focuses on general medicine and truly believes in delivering the best possible care for her clients and their pets. Outside of work she enjoys spending her free time with her friends, family and pets, which include two cats.
