Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic welcomes you!
All of our staff members are kind and empathetic to all pets. We also take the time to get to know all of our patients as well as their owners. We love to hear about your pet's life at home too! Most of our staff members have gotten to know about our clients families, as well as clients learning about ours. That not only makes for a more relaxed trip to the vet, but also helps us with your pet's veterinary care. By knowing our clients and patients so well, we can diagnose problems faster and without unnecessary tests. We also perform the entire examination in the room with you. Many veterinary clinics remove the patient from the owner for nail trims, blood draws, and even ear cleanings. We do all of these in the room with you, so you can be with your pet the entire time. We understand that our patients are your children and we treat them as such.
Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic also stands above all competitors by providing many complimentary services with every examination. We believe that a full examination should always include these services!
Dr. David Vandever
I have been practicing veterinary medicine for 27 years. Throughout most of this period, I have divided my time equally between
large and small animal medicine. In 1998 my wife and I sold our busy small animal practice in West Allis, WI to pursue other
interests. Since then I have continued to practice part-time at the Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic, in both large and small animal
medicine. In 2001 I received certification from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as a
aquatic veterinarian. I provide aquatic medical services for private and DNR-operated hatcheries.
Known as Dr. Stephanie by my clients, I know that making you and your pets comfortable is just as important as the medicine we practice. I have nearly 10 years of exceptional client service in small animal medicine since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, and I am always willing to go that extra mile for you. Some of my special interests include behavior, preventative medicine and dermatology.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, husband and our two dogs Nala and Tucker.
I am Dr. Jaleesa Harper, a proud graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. After spending my undergraduate career in snowy hills of Houghton, Michigan, I traveled to the small island of St. Kitts to start my veterinary career. After spending 3 years on the island, I got the privilege to finish my schooling at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My most important goal is making sure your pet is happy, healthy and living the life they should. I am also interested in dermatology, ophthalmology and all aspects of surgery. I will care for your pet like I would my own 2 dogs, Bailey and Jack, and my two cats, Mara and Rocky. When I am not in the clinic, my husband and I enjoy the outdoors, playing volleyball and exploring the city of Milwaukee. We also enjoy going to Brewer games in the summer and Packer games in the fall. I look for to meeting you and of course, all your pets!read more
