Dr Phillips Animal Hospital is a full service animal hospital and will take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. Bilal Qasim is experienced in all types of conditions and treatments. Beyond first rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and a very calm environment so your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting his or her own Orlando veterinarian.

Dr Bilal Qasim atteneded veterinary college at University of agriculture Faislabad in Pakistan and graduated in 1994. While at University, he specialized in small animal surgery and did research in Ureteral Prosthesis. After moving to the United States in 2004 from Canada, Dr. Qasim completed a clinical year at the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine. While practicing veterinary medicine, he has developed an interest for advanced surgery and small animal oncology.
Dr. Qasim was married to his wife Naureen in 1999, and is the proud father of Ahmed and Hiba, his son and daughter.
When he isn't working, Dr. Qasim can be found fishing, playing tennis or golf with his son, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
