Dr. Sanders was born and raised in Sacramento. She married her high school sweeheart in 1977 and has two daughters ages 24 and 26. She spent over twenty years in advertising and graphic design running her own business the last thirteen. In 1998, she decided to pursue her childhood dream of being a veterinarian. She spent the next six years raising children, running her own business and going to school part-time as she started with no college education. She was accepted by UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2008. She has two dogs, Charisma and Isis, six cats (three of which belong to her daughter), and two birds. Her husband and her love to work on thier house and yard, support her son-in-law's rock band and travel as much as they can.
She would love to meet you and your pets, so come in and say hi!
