Dr. Santiago

My name is Dr Pedro Santiago, and I have been practicing veterinary medicine since 2008. I graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. I have been with Banfield since 2010. I'm married with two children, and a mini schnauzer called Havana. During my free time I enjoy family time, exercising, reading about sports in general.

Graduate from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from New York, I have spent time since 2005 in various veterinary technician positions in Florida as well as 8 years in the US Army. I have a special interest in veterinary dentistry and hope to pursue a residency to become specialized through the American College of Veterinary Dentistry in the near future.

Dr. Reece
Dr. Reece


Dr. Sheena Reece was born in Brooklyn, NY. Her family moved to Leesburg, FL when she was 5 years old, after a family trip to Walt Disney World. After graduating high school, she moved to Jacksonville, FL and attended the University of North FL for two years; this is where she met her Husband, Michael. After Michael was discharged from the U.S. Navy, they moved to the Central FL area to be close to family, and Dr. Reece finished up her BS in Biology at the University of Central FL. Dr. Reece attended veterinary school in St. George's, Grenada for three years. She then moved to Gainesville, FL to complete her clinical year at the University of FL. Dr. Reece started working at Banfield Pet Hospital in August of 2014. She recently had her first child, Bryson, who was born in September of 2015. Dr. Reece's primary interests in veterinary medicine include dermatology and endocrinology.

Dr. Howe graduated from California Polytechnic University in California in 2007. She graduated veterinary school at the University of Florida in Gainesville, in 2011. Dr. Howe and her husband have two children Garrett ('14)and Kayleigh ('16). They have three lab mixes at home. In her spare time Dr. Howe enjoys quilting, reading, and spending time with her family at Disney World.
